Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of Solenne Services and our website.
Effective Date: February 23, 2026
1. Services Overview
Solenne Services provides professional mobile notary services throughout the Tucson, Arizona area and surrounding communities. Our services include general notary work, loan signing, apostille support, remote online notary, real estate closings, hospital signings, and I-9 verification. All services are performed by a commissioned and insured Arizona notary public.
2. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by text message. By submitting a booking request, you agree to provide accurate information about your signing needs, including the type of documents, number of signers, and preferred location. Appointment confirmations will be sent via your preferred contact method.
3. Pricing and Payment
Service fees are based on the type of service, number of notarial acts, travel distance, and scheduling requirements. A detailed breakdown of our pricing is available on our Pricing page.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- Accepted payment methods include Zelle, cash, and invoice (for approved clients).
- A deposit may be required for loan signings, apostille work, and after-hours appointments.
- Additional fees may apply for printing, shipping, after-hours scheduling, and holiday appointments.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. However, cancellations made less than 2 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request.
5. Signer Requirements
To complete a notarial act, all signers must:
- Be physically present at the time of signing (unless using remote online notary services)
- Present a valid, government-issued photo identification
- Be willing and able to sign voluntarily, without coercion
- Be mentally competent to understand the documents being signed
Solenne Services reserves the right to refuse service if any of these requirements are not met, or if there is reason to believe fraud or coercion is involved.
6. Notary Limitations
A notary public is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice. Our notary cannot explain the contents of documents, advise on the legal implications of signing, or prepare legal documents on your behalf. If you need legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney before your signing appointment.
7. Liability
Solenne Services carries errors and omissions insurance. However, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from our services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of the documents presented for signing.
